How Do I Cancel My Subscription?
To cancel your subscription please see the instructions below about how to stop your subscription auto-renewal. Once your subscription has expired your account will be automatically downgraded to a free account.
How Do I Stop My Subscription Auto-Renewal?
To stop your subscription auto-renewal click on the live chat link below during business hours and speak with an operator or
send an email to support@studiocloud.com stating that you would like to cancel your subscription auto-renewal.
Paid Subscriptions
Subscriptions are non-refundable. You must stop your subscription auto-renewal at least two (02) business days before the next billing cycle. If you choose this option, your subscription will expire 30 days from the last payment. Any amounts paid prior to you ending your auto-renewal will not be refunded.
